After 17 years traveling together the streets of the city, the Santiago de Compostela Tourist Train performs its last service with us today, Tuesday, October 22.

The Tourist Train of Santiago de Compostela shows you the city in a comfortable way. It starts from the Cathedral of Santiago, a World Heritage Site since 1985, and borders the historic center by the old walls of the city.
Itinerary
Starting from Obradoiro Square, where the Cathedral of Santiago is located, you can admire the main places of interest in the city from the train. During the tour we will go through San Francisco, the Auditorium of Galicia and university campuses, with their most relevant Colleges. We will border the old part of the city by the “Alameda” and by Rúa da Senra, where the old walls and the entrance gates to Santiago stood. We will continue through the monastery of San Domingos de Bonaval, where is the Pantheon of Illustrious Galicians, the Galician Museum of Contemporary Art, the Convent of Santa Clara and the monument to the Pilgrim, before returning to Obradoiro Square.
The route of the train may suffer some variation due to works on the road. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The train tour takes you though Santiago de Compostela, an audio guide is included.
• Children under 3: Free
• Children from 4 to 12: 4 €
• Adults: 6 €
Individual tickets are purchased directly from the train attendant.
Maximum permitted change on train 50 €.
Groups of 20 people or more can make their reservation online (pending confirmation according to availability of seats).

Here you can book for groups of 20 people or more, up to 48 hours before the train departure. Indicate the date and time you would like to make your visit and you can enjoy a special rate (pending confirmation according to availability).
For individual tickets and groups of less than 20 people passes are acquired directly on the train.
